Meet The Counsellors
Ms. Latisha Willliams
School Counselor
Ms. Latisha Williams was born and raised in Springfield, MA, and attended Springfield Public Schools. She is a graduate of Elms College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College, as well as an Advanced Studies degree in School Counseling from Springfield College.
She is passionate about working with students and is committed to helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Outside of school, Ms. Williams enjoys spending time with her two children. She also loves traveling, shopping, and reading.
She looks forward to supporting all parents, guardians, and students throughout their school years at John J. Duggan Academy.

Mrs. Vianni Gomez
Growing up my dream was to be able to help people and be of service to others. I am extremely grateful to be able to have a career that allows me to do just that! I am a graduate of the City College of New York, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have a Master’s degree in Human Services and an Advanced Studies degree in School Counseling from Springfield College. I was also winner of teacher of the year 2023!
I am passionate about working with students helping them find and achieve their dreams.
During my free time I enjoy doing aerial yoga and have family time with my husband and two children. I was born and raised in Dominican Republic, a small island between Puerto Rico and Cuba. I am fully bilingual Spanish. I love the summertime and going to the beach.
I look forward to supporting all students in graduating high school and achieving their career goals.
